Creating Enduring Organisations: European Qualification Standard for Managing Innovation

Together with partners from Germany (Impetus Innovation Management), Hungary (Solution4) and the UK (Institute of Leadership and Managment) EUROCADRES is invovled in a project which has the aim to develope qualification modules/units in innovation management to meet the needs of professionals and managers in organisations. Organisations need innovation if they want to remain competitive; systematic innovation management can substantially improve the innovative capacities of businesses. For this to happen, individuals working in this area need appropriate training and development. The qualification modules/units being developed are designed to ensure that those successfully completing the programme have acquired the appropriate knowledge, skills and competence needed to manage innovation successfully, and to have this achievement recognised.
