There is no special system for recognition of Diplomas in the UK. All professional qualifications requiring 3 or more years of study by EU citizens are automatically recognized.

Many professions in the UK are regulated and you will be required to register with the appropriate regulatory body before practising in the UK. Your trade union should be able to advise you if this is required before leaving your home country.
